Jaime Quinones‚ Jr.‚ 38‚ a six-year career firefighter with the Waterbury Fire Department‚ was shot on August 26‚ 2000‚ while collecting money for his department’s Muscular Dystrophy Association ‘Fill the Boot’ campaign. Quinones served in the Marine Corps.
