  1. “Jay”, simply put, was the greatest man I have ever had the honor of meeting. His work with Cancer patients is one of many charities he held close to his heart. He was a classic text book example of a man that would go out of his way to assist anyone. This world lost a valiant individual on December of 1999

  11. Thinking about you today 9/11, as well as our other classmates whose lives were lost in the line of duty. We met on day one at the MSP academy (70 RTT), and stayed in touch being in the same Company and Platoon. I was sad to see you leave the State Police but glad for you going back to the job that you left and were called back to, Worcester Fire. Godspeed Jay!
