Kenneth T. Miller‚ 65‚ a nine-year member and captain with the Cape Charles Volunteer Fire Department‚ died on October 16‚ 2000‚ when he suffered a heart attack while fighting a structure fire. He was a Marine Corps veteran who served in the Korean War.
