  1. Awesome young man Lenny was I had the pleasure of working with him in the 5th Pct I remember telling him that I can’t get over how much he looked like a cousin of mine. His statement to me was Well your cousin must be fine as hell . I remember him coming to my office to using copier and telling me he was leaving to join FDNY I was sad but he was so happy he started dancing around singing I’m getting out here I’m going to Fire dept he had me laughing so hard

  3. I am a retired Fire Captain from the City of Anaheim, California. We had cards with every FDNY posted around all of our fire stations. When it came down to taking them down I kept one of the cards. It was Lenny’s card. On a trip to New York several years later I returned Lenny to his fire station. Very emotional for the firefighter who accepted the card and myself. A real brotherhood.
    RIP Lenny.

  4. September 10th, 2022, I participated at the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at Lambeau Field, Green Bay, Wisconsin. You climbed with me up the 110 stories with your badge on my helmet. You will be climbing with me every year on 9/11. You will never be forgotten.

  6. I worked with Lenny in the NYPD at NSU 3. We had so many laughs while navigating our first year on the job. You could always count on him to be there when needed and also for a laugh. Was so sad to see his name appear on the list. May good bless his family.

  7. I never had the pleasure of meeting Lenny, today in Fort Worth, TX I ran the annual Tunnel to Towers 5k and was given his name card so I could honor him during the run. My uncle was in the north tower and lost his life that day as well. I pray daily for all the fallen and am grateful for men like Lenny who without hesitation ran into those towers while others ran out. God bless
