  1. Leon was a loving Father to his daughter Courtney and God Father to my Daughter Kara. He was also a loving Husband, Brother, Son, Cousin, Nephew, Uncle and Friend to many in the Jacksonville Area. Leon was my best friend and I considered him a brother. He was always a voice of reason. His calm voice and good looks always got him attention with the ladies. But he was a devoted husband. He was a God fearing man and a mentor to all the new firefighters at Station 1. Rest in heavenly peace. Gone but never forgotten.
