Lester L. Shadrick‚ 53‚ a contract pilot with the Bureau of Land Management‚ died on August 13‚ 2000‚ in a helicopter crash while making water drops on the Twin Peaks fire in Nevada. Shadrick had been flying with ERA Aviation since 1985.
