Battalion Chief Mark A. Tolbert died from cancer determined by the state of California to be in the line of duty.
Chief Tolbert was a highly respected member of the Los Angeles County Fire Department. He served the citizens of Los Angeles County with passion and distinction for more than 30 years. He is greatly missed.
