Michael ‘Mick’ C. Wiborg‚ 46‚ a volunteer firefighter with the Chanhassen Fire Department died of a heart attack at the annual physical test on April 13‚ 1998. He had recently received the ‘Everyday Hero’ award from the Chanhassen Elementary School‚ where he had volunteered the past 8 years. He was very active in the department’s fire prevention programs.
