On November 8, 2021, the FDNY lost Michael J. Federowski due to September 11th illness.

Michael enjoyed his career as a firemen and retired as a fire marshal in 2010. Michael always said, “I would do it again if I could.”

He had a heart of gold, and anyone who met him knew instantly. He was always there to give a helping hand to anyone that needed it.

Michael loved his wife, Jennifer; his children, Michael and Jacquelyn; and his family and friends.

He also loved hunting and fishing and cars and music. He played the bass.
