Chief Ralph Stegbauer, 71, and Captain Jeffery Glenn Skaggs, 62, of the Concord-Greene Township Volunteer Fire Department, died November 25, 2023, in an accident while repairing the radio tower outside the fire station.
The National Emergency Training Center (NETC) campus will be closed during the government shutdown, including access to the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial.
