Richard Owen Spink‚ 48‚ a 24-year Federal firefighter with Fort Campbell Fire Department‚ died of a heart attack during a live burn training on February 13‚ 2000. He was a driver/operator in aircraft/air crash and rescue‚ as well as a structural firefighter.
