Robert Boy Ketelsen‚ 59‚ an eight-year volunteer with the Westbrook Fire Department‚ died of a heart attack after a false alarm call on January 27‚ 2000. He was a top responder‚ with more than 800 emergencies in his last five years. He was also a member of the Westbrook Volunteer Ambulance Association.
