Thomas (Tommy) A. Williams was a Lieutenant with FDNY’s Rescue 4 and a 30+ year member of FDNY at the time of death.
On February 24‚ 1992‚ Rescue 4 responded to an arson-caused structure fire in a multi-story‚ mixed-use structure. While performing search and rescue operations searching for possible victims‚ for undetermined reasons‚ Tommy fell from a second story window sustaining severe injuries. He succumbed to those injuries shortly afterwards.
