Firefighter Thomas J. Farrell, 48, of the Fire Department City of New York – Ladder 41, died on March 25, 2016, from illness related to response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.

A resident of Long Beach, New York, he was the loving father of Thomas, Jackson, and Adian; the devoted son of Elizabeth and the late Timothy; and the dear brother of Donna (Joseph) Wheeler, Joseph (Lisa), Patrice, Timothy, Stephen (Antonella), Christopher (Kelly), and the late Michael.
